• By downloading, installing, or using Zombie Runner (“the Game”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the Game

2. Use of the Game

• Zombie Runner is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

  You agree not to:

  • modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code

  • exploit bugs or unintended mechanics

  • use the game for unlawful purposes

  • interfere with the game’s normal operation

3. In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases that allow players to unlock characters or in-game content.

• All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

• We do not process or store payment information.

• Prices and availability of in-app purchases may change.

• Refunds are handled according to Google’s or Apple’s refund policies

4. Advertisements

Zombie Runner includes rewarded advertisements only.

• Ads are optional and shown only when the player chooses to watch them.

• Watching ads provides in-game rewards.

• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

5. Availability and Changes

• We reserve the right to:

  • update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any part of it

  • add or remove features

  • change content, rewards, or gameplay mechanics

  These changes may occur without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All game content, including but not limited to graphics, code, design, and gameplay elements, is owned by or licensed to the developer.

You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the Game without permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• the Game will be error-free

• the Game will always be available

• gameplay progress will never be lost

Use the Game at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • loss of data or progress

  • loss of purchases due to device issues or app removal

  • indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Game

The Game is intended for a general audience, including children.

Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their child’s gameplay and purchases.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Game if these Terms are violated or if the Game is discontinued.
